Her journey began in South African banks as a broker’s assistant before moving into short-term insurance. Her career as an Executive Assistant took off at Real People (Pty) Ltd, supporting various directors, later expanding her skills in sales, client relationships, and workflow optimisation.
Now the Managing Director of Ignite Purpose South Africa, Anel, continues to drive excellence within the organisation. She also discovered a love for translation, having translated three of the company’s books into Afrikaans. With extensive experience in client communication, service delivery, and team efficiency, Anel remains committed to making a positive impact.

Her career journey began in finance, progressing into leadership as Financial Director and eventually Managing Director of an international training organisation.
