The Equine Leadership Experience

Influence without force.

An experiential leadership programme with horses as honest feedback partners, in Maraylya in the Hawkesbury region of NSW.

Horses do not respond to titles, charisma or clever words. They respond to congruence, clarity, presence and intention, which makes them the most honest leadership mirror there is. Leaders see how their presence, energy and boundaries truly land, and teams see how they really work together.

A half-day experience for leaders and small groups, and a full-day alignment experience for teams of four to ten. Ground-based, no riding, no prior experience needed.
