This process often entails Behaviour profiling (DISC and Workplace motivators), team diagnostics and analysis and 360 assessments. These tools allow us to understand how your team works and how individuals contribute to the team and business. They also help align expectations and behaviours in a team by gaining an insight into team dynamics and strengths.

Executive Coaching

More and more executives are using this form of development to help them become more effective senior leaders. Our programs challenge leaders to create a personal commitment to the legacy they leave, their team and prioritise critical measures of success. Insights are given on how to own personal impact and communicate to build engagement and business outcomes.

The process is based on a minimum six-month assignment, including robust coaching sessions and post-session reflection and development work. The coaching provides insights and learning for each executive. We ask difficult questions that help leaders gain personal and business insight.

Our solution includes a coaching contract, behaviour profiling, and 360 assessments where recommended. We also use the Wholehearted inventory from Dr B Brown and TILT 365. The recommendation of the assessment tool is based on the individual client.

These tools allow us to understand the strengths and opportunities to challenge or impact for the leader. Silega Commander™ is a business simulation that helps participants unlock their organisation’s hidden potential and achieve sustainable growth by managing the five types of wealth. The simulation is conducted in various rounds that represent business years.

Silega Cold War™ is a business simulation in which participants experience the most common obstacles to teamwork and inter-departmental alignment. During the six months of simulation, they deal with lack of trust, lack of alignment, ambitious goals, poor communication, conflicts caused by egos, and all the resulting negative impacts on organisational productivity.

Participants face challenges and are required to resolve problems and communicate effectively. Simulations teach participants how to create positive change in corporate culture, resolve issues, and communicate effectively. They also illustrate how team members often misunderstand decisions and behaviours and how leaders need to maximise their influence.

Conferences

Over the last eight years, we have worked with clients to plan, build agendas, and create strategy and planning team off-sites. Our work always looks at how to unlock people’s voices, minds, and willingness to be part of something bigger and align to vision.
